How To Apply
To apply for a HCSW role with us, please complete the online application form for the vacancy you want to apply for . Once shortlisted you will receive an invitation to attend the next available assessment day. On the day you will be offered an interview and the opportunity to ask staff questions about the role and working at CUH.
Our recruitment process helps us to assess a persons approach and attitude, as well as their ability to carry out the job role. This ensures that we can continue to develop our culture of compassionate care, built on the 6cs (care, compassion, competence, communication, courage and commitment). We know that recruiting staff with the right values and behaviours is essential if we are to continue to provide safe, kind and excellent care to our patients.
Successful candidates will be offered a HCSW position within 48 hours of their interview. Offers will be made on a conditional basis and will be subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks.
